Time to Change Gear
This is a post I wrote in January 2025, and feels fitting to reshare it here in the blog as it also marks the first day of the new website. I hope you enjoy it...
This isn't a New Years resolution post, it just happens to be just after New Year.
Like most committed professionals in their field I invest time, money and effort into my continual professional development. The next phase of that starts in earnest tomorrow with a new coach, Shazia Govindji (yes coaches have coaches).
I realised that I'd become stuck in a rut with my coaching practice, that I was coasting in neutral and that I wanted to shake things up a bit... to change gear!
In my preparations for tomorrow's first session with Shazia I've been thinking about what I want to get from this period of coaching and what's popped up is I wat it to be focused on being INTENTIONAL in everything that I do. Not just with how I work, but in my life, with my family and friends. I want to INTENTIONALLY live with PUROSE and COMMITMENT in all I do.
I apologise in advance because I know I will not always manage it, but watch this space, Dave Hill is shifting gear!
